WVDNR exploring upgrades to public access site in Cabell County
CHARLESTON, W.Va. — The West Virginia Division of Natural Resources (WVDNR) announced today that the public boat ramp located on Green Bottom Wildlife Management Area in Cabell County has reopened after a short closure.
WVDNR officials are exploring plans for future upgrades to the facility. These planned improvements will better accommodate the needs of West Virginia’s angling and boating communities. Public notice will be provided prior to the upgrades beginning.
“We are committed to providing high-quality access to our state’s waterways,” said WVDNR Director Brett McMillion. “Future enhancements at Green Bottom WMA are part of our ongoing effort to improve outdoor recreation opportunities for all visitors.”
