West Virginia Wildlife Calendar Holiday Delivery Deadline is Dec. 15

Calendar orders placed by Dec. 15 are guaranteed to arrive by Christmas

CHARLESTON, W.Va. — The West Virginia Division of Natural Resources (WVDNR) today announced that a limited number of 2026 Wildlife Calendars are available for order and reminded shoppers to place their orders by Dec. 15 to guarantee Christmas delivery.

The award-winning calendar is a celebration of West Virginia’s rich natural heritage and a practical planning tool for hunters, anglers and outdoor enthusiasts. Each calendar features original, hand-painted artwork of native wildlife, key hunting and fishing dates, moon phases and educational articles that highlight the people and programs behind West Virginia’s conservation success stories.

“The West Virginia Wildlife Calendar has been a holiday tradition in homes across the state for more than 40 years,” said WVDNR Director Brett McMillion. “If you want yours under the tree this year, make sure to order by Dec. 15 so we can get it to you in time for Christmas.”

Calendars are $15 and typically sell out before Christmas, so those who want a copy are encouraged to purchase one soon. The easiest way to buy a calendar is to order online at WVstateparks.com by clicking “Merchandise” and following the onscreen prompts. Calendars are also available at West Virginia State Park gift shops and select stores statewide while supplies last.

Shoppers looking for additional gift ideas for the outdoor enthusiasts on their lists are also encouraged to consider buying a WVDNR Gift Certificate, which can be used to purchase licenses and stamps. To explore holiday gift options from the WVDNR, visit wvdnr.gov/gift-the-outdoors.
