The West Virginia Division of Natural Resources (WVDNR) hosted 12 in-person public meetings on March 10-11, 2025 to discuss proposed 2025-2026 big game hunting regulations, 2026-2027 small game hunting and trapping regulations and 2026 fishing regulations.
Hunters, trappers, anglers, landowners and other interested parties may review and comment on proposed regulations online. Those who are wish to send a written comment on proposed hunting, trapping and fishing regulations, may download the questionnaire below and submit comments to the WVDNR by April 3 at the following address:
