Gift certificates are valid for five years and can be used to purchase licenses and stamps. They can be printed or emailed and are available exclusively through our Electronic License System.

Lifetime Hunting and Fishing Licenses
If you want to give a gift that lasts far beyond the holiday season, consider a lifetime hunting or fishing license. It’s one of the most meaningful ways to invest in a child or grandchild’s future outdoors.
Lifetime licenses can be purchased online alongside all of our license options. You just need the recipient’s name and date of birth. If they’ve never held a license before, you may need a social security number or driver’s license number to create their WVDNR account.
West Virginia Wildlife Calendars
For the planner in your family, the West Virginia Wildlife Calendar offers inspiration all year long. Each month features stunning artwork of native wildlife, along with hunting and fishing dates, outdoor tips, articles and fun facts.
Each calendar purchase also helps fund WVDNR programs that protect threatened and endangered species and their habitats. Remember that online orders must be placed by Dec. 15 to ensure delivery by Christmas.
