SOUTH CHARLESTON, W.VA. — While annual public meetings on proposed hunting, trapping and fishing regulations were cancelled this year due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, the West Virginia Division of Natural Resources (WVDNR) encourages members of the public to submit comments by April 2.
